At present, our church is located in north-east Angers, in a heavily populated and sometimes difficult neighborhood called Monplaisir. The church activities include a Sunday morning service, held at 10:45 AM at which we average anywhere between 20 to 40 people. Visitors often come for special events, such as a baptisms or Christmas and Easter programs.
During the month, we have various Bible studies taking place in homes. Prior to the Sunday service there is an informal prayer time. After that, we break for coffee and fellowship, then hold the worship and preaching time.
At various times during the year, we invite special speakers for conferences and special issues.
Almost all of our activities are in French, as the majority of the church folks speak French, but a number of the people come from other nations as well. English is spoken by several people. We are definitely a multi-cultural and multi-ethnic church!
